Hi there! This is Kay, and I would like to introduce myself. I am in my 5th year of real estate. I grew up in the Twin Cities Metro area. I left Minnesota for a few years when I joined the military, and I could not wait to get back to Minnesota!! Prior to real estate sales I had my general contractors license. I did many repair and remodeling jobs for others and in my fixer-upper properties. I continue to use these skills in real estate as I have a firm understanding of home issues and what it takes to solve these issues. I like being able to quickly help both buyers and sellers with probelms that they do not know how to solve, and would have spent a lot of money paying someone else to do something that may have only taken a few minutes. It is not uncommon for past clients to call me years later and ask me for some assisitance. We always encourage our clients to call on us after the transaction has taken place if they have an issue or want to make an imporvement and they do not know where to start.
Meet Amy Ruzick !
Hello! I really appreciate the fact that you are taking the time to read this and get to know us a little better. Thank you!! I am in my 7th year of real estate and my 13 year of property management. The most enjoyable part of our job, is that we get to meet so many people, and so many homes! There are many reasons why people buy and sell real estate. Sometimes the reasons are fun and exciting. Sometimes the reasons are results of difficult personal decisions and circumstances. We understand that buying and selling real estate naturally and inherently involves human emotion even though conventional wisdom states that you should not have any emotion in real estate transactions. We know that every client is unique and that the real estate transaction that is before them is a big deal to them regardless of the reasons for the transaction. We strive to find the ways that we can help in the most valuable way for each person. This can include helping getting homes ready for the market, staging homes, going on buyers inspections, talking to the lenders that are involved, talking through the pro's and cons of buying or selling, pre-inspecting homes before the purchase agreement is written, arranging for contractors to get bids, and often times most importantly just being there to listen as buyers and sellers think things through. As real estate agents, of course we want to have sales, but the human element in every transaction is more important to us than the paycheck. Having satisfied clients is of utmost importance - even if that is a satisfied client who decided not to buy or sell at that particular time afterall.
